RETAIL RETURN POLICY (for wholesale returns scroll to bottom)

We have free 30-day return policy on retail orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be issued a return shipping label for either USPS or FedEX, and the refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@desiredenim.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
To start an exchange, visit desiredenim.happyreturns.com and choose exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or the exchange will be sent in it's place.

 

WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on wholesale orders within 10 days upon your recieving the items, and for any reason.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We require a 10% restocking fee on all wholesale returns, and the customer is responsible for shipping.

Deposits made on pre-order productions are non-refundable.

We are confident you will be satisfied with the quality of the products, but if you would like to be sure in advance, we offer samples sold at wholesale cost for you to see and touch the garments. Samples can not be returned, but can be used as part of your minimum wholesale order.
